Every year, in addition to ongoing library funding support for initiatives such as the annual summer reading progam, STEM and literacy backpacks, and library book clubs for all ages, the Friends use your donations to fund special library projects.
The library mobile van we funded in 2020 has been busy providing books from our bookstore to the community through the Boca Helping Hands book giveaway drives, and the re-stocking of eight Little Free Libraries in Boca Raton funded by the Friends.
We also sponsor the library's award-winning Storywalk trails in three local public parks.
